Point Clear, St Osyth makes for an excellent family base for the Essex and Suffolk coastline, countryside and numerous tourist attractions and at Orchards Holidays we welcome guests to our Holiday Home from across Europe and from around the world.

Point Clear, St Osyth also supports some of the finest wildlife and natural features in Essex and large parts of the Parish have been included in the areas designated as Sites of Special Scientific Interest (SSSIs). The good network of public footpaths and lanes enables visitors and locals to appreciate and admire the wealth of flora and fauna.      

The Essex Sunshine Holiday Coast has 36 miles of coastline with long sandy beaches to explore and due to the dedicated hard work of it's beach managers and their staff is proud to have received six Quality Coast Awards and three Blue Flag Awards in 2009. This eastern part of England boasts one of the best climates in the country with the lowest rainfall in the UK. And, with the beautiful Stour Valley to the north and the River Colne to the south the whole area is full of history, rivers, creeks, unspoilt coastlines and an all famous countryside.
