The Holiday Home can accommodate and has amenities for up to 8 guests, this can include adults, children and infants 0 to 4 years of age. Orchards Holidays can book your guests and yourself a relaxing holiday or break with us at the Orchards Holiday Village between the start of March and the end of October in multiples of 7 nights Friday to Friday. 4 nights Monday to Friday. 3 nights Friday to Monday, right up to 28 nights and we can at times be flexible with the start and finish days too. A 5% discount from our advertised prices above applies to holidays booked for 14 nights or more. We book through third parties as well, so at times we do have cancelled slots. In the first instance it is always best to contact us by using our preliminary booking form below and check for our latest up to date real time vacancies.

Orchards Holidays own the Holiday Home at the Holiday Village and are not linked to Haven (Bourne Leisure Ltd) the owners of the Holiday Village. Orchards Holidays let their Holiday Home privately although you collect and return the keys to the staff at the Orchards Reception desk. The Holiday Home is professionally cleaned on every changeover by our carefully chosen and very thorough 'Professional Cleaning Company' and the beds are made up ready for your arrival with freshly laundered bed linen, this is all included in our price. The only linen you will need to bring apart from your clothes is towels.

The check in time at the Orchards reception desk is at 4:00 pm on your arrival day. If you would like an earlier start for your holiday or break an earlier check in and key collection time of 1:30 pm can be arranged for a small extra charge of £10.00, this then allowing you access to your Holiday Home from around 1:30 pm. If you require and have ordered any FunWorks (Club Membership) passes from us when booking they can also be paid for and collected when checking in. If you are going to arrive later than 5:30 pm on your arrival day, please let us know when booking or if you are held up for some reason   call us on the telephone number you will have been given when booking with us so that if necessary we can arrange a late check in at reception with the security staff for you. Please Note: The Holiday Home must be vacated with the keys having been returned to the staff at the Orchards reception desk by not later than 10:00 am on the day of your departure. This then allows the time needed for our 'Professional Cleaning Company' to thoroughly clean and prepare the Holiday Home ready for the next guests arrival.
