Point Clear Bay

Point Clear Bay and Brightlingsea with it's Blue Flag beach and handicap facilities is a perfect place to learn or improve your skills on a board or kite. Inside the bay its flat and protected, only downside its tidal. Winds work well in most directions except any wind with easterly in it. West or South West winds give good jumping outside the bay and great speed sailing inside.

Martello Tower Point Clear

The Martello Tower at Point Clear is now home to the East Essex Aviation Society and Museum and as well as Aviation history, the Museum includes hundreds of exhibits mainly from the two World Wars including Navy, Army, US forces, ARP, Home Front, The Great War, plus much more.
